Physiological Testing

We begin with a complete body composition scan, measuring adipose, lean and bone tissue.


This is followed by a lactate threshold and VO2max Test. From this we can calculate the following:

Power training zones

Heart rate training zones

Watt/kg

Energy source zones


Great for deciding which areas to focus on in upcoming training blocks

Biomechanical Analysis

Our team will follow this testing up with a comprehensive assessment of strength and power measures.


Using two highly accurate force plates, we can calculate a full force profile including:

Rate of force development

Peak force output

Dynamic strength ratio

Asymmetry Score


All useful information for assessing potential improvements

Comprehensive Reporting

Following your testing, the data will be analysed and you will be provided with an individualised report.


This can be personalised, or comparative as part of a team report.


You decide how you want to view your data.


We can even send the full raw data to your coach for their own analysis if you prefer.

Single Athlete Testing Session

Designed to provide you with all of the information necessary to improve your performance. Suitable for all levels  - this can be tailored exactly to your needs.


Typically 3 hours

Multiple Athlete Testing

From two, up to a maximum of eight athletes per day, this is perfect to allow comparisons between team members. Where do your team's strengths and weaknesses lie? -  We'll tell you!
