We offer a range of programme options that can be downloaded for you to get started right away.

Designed as cost-effective introduction to strength training for cyclists, these programmes will lead you through to becoming a stronger cyclist as either a 1 month taster course or over a full 12 weeks of training.


What To Expect

  • 8 to 24 workouts (1-3 month options), each leading on from the last and taking no longer than an hour to complete.
